Sweet Peppers Deli in Cullman, AL is looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to help prepare fresh, delicious meals in a fast-paced, friendly environment. If you enjoy working with a team and creating great food, we want you on our staff!

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Cook and assemble orders efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist teammates with prep work, plating, and side tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to keep service running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous cooking or food prep experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
  • Flexible availability — including evenings and weekends — is required
